Accolade: Six students receive scholarships to FSU

Six Tallahassee Community College students have received merit scholarships to Florida State University through the TCC2FSU Program. The program provides a path to FSU admission for qualified students who earn an Associate in Arts degree at TCC. The students selected for the scholarship come from around the state and have a variety of academic and career interests.

Kassidy Hopkins is a graduate of Lincoln High School who plans to study biomedical engineering. Martina Kvitkovicova is a graduate of Godby High School and will major in electrical engineering. Samantha Fream, who plans to study retail merchandising, graduated from George Jenkins High School in Lakeland. Brady Grimm is a graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School in Palm Harbor and plans to major in business. Catalina Sinelli, who will major in media communications, is a graduate of Hialeah’s Mater Performing Arts & Entertainment Academy. Emma Konner graduated from Robinson High School in Tampa and will major in computer criminology.
