Tallahassee Community College is welcoming new students for the fall term with an outdoor festival inspired student convocation on Friday, Aug. 20, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Lifetime Sports Complex on the main campus.
Students will learn more about what to expect on the first day of class, the First Year Experience Program at TCC, and how to get involved and be successful in college. Students can also meet the deans and faculty of the College, learn more about academic enrichment programs, and explore the campus.
All incoming freshmen and transfer students are encouraged to attend and should RSVP at tcc.fl.edu/convocationFamily members are not required to attend but are invited to share this experience.
While there is no dress code for the event, students and guests are encouraged to wear blue and gold (TCC Colors), or any TCC shirt. These may be purchased in the TCC bookstore located in the Student Union.
Parking is free in any student lot
