TCC Announces TCC2FSU Day

March 28, 2022

Tallahassee Community College will host TCC2FSU Day on TCC’s main campus on Friday, April 8 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Interested students and their families are invited to attend. The event kicks off in the Student Union Ballroom.

Attendees will learn about the TCC2FSU transfer program and will have the opportunity to tour the campus, meet with admissions navigators and academic advisors, and explore academic programs and extracurricular opportunities available at TCC.

Tallahassee Community College is the number one transfer school to FSU. Students in the TCC2FSU program are provided with access to FSU academic advisors, academic maps for each major specifically designed for TCC students, and opportunities to engage with FSU students and faculty on the campus of FSU while still enrolled at TCC. Students in the program can also receive discounts on FSU football season tickets and access to recreational and social engagement activities on FSU’s campus. Eligible students must intend to earn an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree at TCC with interest with transferring to FSU.

TCC2FSU Day was planned for a weekend which is full of activities and opportunities to showcase what Tallahassee has to offer for prospective students. Tallahassee Downtown Market at Monroe and Park Avenue takes place from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The market features fresh homegrown produce and organic items, fresh cut flowers and native plants, as well as music and art from local artists. TCC baseball takes on Pensacola State College in a Saturday double-header at 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Eagle Field on TCC’s main campus. FSU’s Garnet and Gold spring football game kicks off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday at Doak Campbell Stadium.
