Hard copies of the nomination form may be obtained at the first-floor information desk in the Hinson Administration Building on the main campus of TCC. Nominees must hold residency in Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, or Gadsden County; demonstrate significant contributions in freedom, justice, and equality; and have not been featured previously in the calendar.
