TCC Online Advising
Good academic advising is essential to program completion. Please note that online advising is strictly for students who are in the following online degree programs:
- Associate in Arts (A.A.)
- Early Childhood Development and Education, Associate of Science (A.S.)
- Criminal Justice Technology, Associate of Science (A.S.)
- Paralegal and Legal Studies, Associate of Science (A.S.)
Our advisors serve as a point of contact to assist students in choosing the correct classes to help you thrive academically and to help you achieve your ultimate career goals.
Advisors work with students personally and through referrals to other online services to ensure students have the necessary resources to be successful in online courses. Some of the services offered are:

How to Set up an Appointment
If you are an A.S. online student who would like to speak with an academic advisor, the first step is to schedule an appointment.
Live NOW! - TCC Advisor Connection in Workday for A.S. Students!
You will be able to view your assigned A.S. Advisor in Workday and schedule an advising appointment. Visit Workday and click TCC Advisor Connection icon on your dashboard.
Each appointment will last approximately 30 minutes. To accommodate all students, any missed appointments will need to be rescheduled. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our office at (850) 201-8618 or TCCOnlineAdvisor@tcc.fl.edu.
All questions (i.e. graduation checks, transfer major requirements, first time in college, etc.) must be addressed through an appointment with your assigned advisor.
