Steps to TCC

Taking a campus tour is a great way to find out if TCC is the right fit for you.  Join one of our Student Ambassadors for an exciting campus tour.

Apply to Tallahassee Community College and start your college journey.

Tallahassee Community College tuition is affordable, but part of the college process is applying for financial aid and scholarships.
The Career Center offers students services to help them career plan, prepare and place into a job.  Additionally, students can discover many internship opportunities available to them.

Academic Programs
Research the academic programs that TCC offers.  If you are interested in History and Social Sciences, Science and Math, Communications and Humanities or Technology and Professional Programs, you may explore the Associate of Arts degree or several Associate of Science degrees that are available. Additionally, TCC offers educational and training programs in workforce development and in many healthcare professions.
The TCC Academic Catalog allows you to browse information about the College's degree and certificate programs and learn more about policies and procedures.
The Testing Center offers a variety of testing needs for students.  As a new student you may need to take the College's placement test called the FPERT (Florida Postsecondary Educational Readiness Test).  TCC uses test scores (SAT, ACT, CPT and FPERT) for advisement of college classes.

New Student Orientation
New student orientation will connect you with campus resources, assist you with accessing your information, provide you with guidance on course advisement and registration, and you will also have a chance to discuss your educational and career goals.

Developmental Education Exemption
Recent legislative revisions to section 1008.30, Florida Statutes, may apply to you and your requirements for placement testing and developmental education enrollment.

TCC Passport is the online system that students use to register for classes, pay fees, view their degree audit, or request a transcript. Students log in to TCC Passport using their TCC email address and password.
