Veterans Resources

Veterans Affairs - TCC's Office of Veterans Affairs provides specialized services to help students navigate state and federal education benefit programs. The VA office also helps our students make the most out of the College’s many resources.

Troops to Teachers Program - Troops to Teachers is a nationwide program designed to help transitioning service members and veterans begin new careers as K-12 school teachers. This program helps to provide jobs for veterans and members of the National Guard through addressing the need for an increased amount and diverse group of teachers in Florida. Service members can receive counseling and get referral services to help them meet the educational and licensing requirements necessary to secure a teaching position. Since 1993, more than 20,000 veterans have successfully participated in the program and transitioned to a career in education.
