Mental Health First Aid

Improving the public’s knowledge of mental health, substance abuse and connecting people with care is the focal point of this course. It will provide participants with a five-step action plan to help loved ones, colleagues, neighbors and others cope with mental health or substance use problems until professional treatment is obtained or the crisis is resolved.

This is an 8-hour course, 2-class meeting. The cost of the course includes the textbook and certificate.
