The College won the Silver Circle of Excellence Award for the Special Events: Online Category for the 2020 Virtual Commencement.

“We are honored to receive this prestigious award from CASE,” said Al Moran, Vice President of TCC Communications and Marketing. “This 2020 virtual commencement celebration project, selected for a CASE Silver Circle of Excellence Award from among 3,000 entries in 27 countries, was designed to create memorable personalized moments for every TCC graduate.”

The peer-selected and adjudicated awards honor institutions worldwide whose talented staff have advanced their organizations through their resourcefulness and ingenuity.

Winners are selected based on several factors, including overall quality, innovation, use of resources and the impact on the institution or its external and internal communities, such as alumni, parents, students, and faculty and staff.

“This year’s CASE Circle of Excellence Awards highlight the creative, nimble, and innovative approaches our members bring to championing the success of their institutions,” said Sue Cunningham, CASE President and CEO.

Award Judges mentioned TCC did a wonderful job creating personalized moments for each graduate, and upholding its values by ensuring that the success of their graduates was appreciated and valued.

“The TCC Communications and Marketing team embraced this project with a high level of creativity and passion, knowing the impact that it could have for our students,” said Moran. “We have an extremely talented staff that is fortunate to work at one of the Top 10 Aspen-designated Colleges in the country.”
