Division of Administrative Services

The Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services and CFO has responsibility for the following areas:

Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office is dedicated to providing assistance, while accurately maintaining each student's financial account.  This office can receive information regarding tuition, fees, refunds, and Florida's Prepaid Plan Program.

Financial Services 

The Financial Services team collects, interprets, reviews, and maintains financial information while providing quality customer service, training, and compliance. Services provided are integral to the student experience by supporting every location and department with innovative programs and streamlined services. We align with the College’s strategic priorities for partnerships, resources, and efficiency. We strive to protect the financial integrity of the College in an ever-changing technological environment.

Financial Aid & Scholarship Office

The Financial Aid Department at TCC is to help provide you with accurate and complete information in a courteous environment.  Our staff will try to address your specific situation and questions, including the resources necessary to apply for and receive financial aid successfully.

Facilities Planning & Construction

The purpose of the Department is to provide a superior physical environment to support the College's educational mission, accomplished through innovative planning, quality construction, and pro-active maintenance and upkeep of College facilities.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department at TCC offers information and resources to assist potential employees and current faculty and staff members.

Mail and Courier Service

Information on TCC's Mail Processing Center and Courier Service.

Police Department

TCC's Police Department (TCCPD) supports the mission of TCC by promoting a safe and secure environment for higher education.  TCCPD combines proactive, reactive, and educational law enforcement services for our campus, where diverse social, cultural, and academic values are allowed to develop and prosper.  Environmental Health and Safety is also located in this area.

Purchasing Department

The Purchasing Department at TCC is charged with managing the acquisition of commodities and services necessary to meet the College's requirements.  All Purchasing Department members are devoted to fostering a mutually beneficial and cooperative relationship between TCC staff and our suppliers.

Risk Management

The Risk Management Office is responsible for administering the College's risk management and insurance programs, aiming to collaboratively evaluate and manage the risks to eliminate or mitigate adverse effects to the College. We can assist with identifying and assessing potential risks and provide guidance to best address those risks.
