Tallahassee Community College is proud to announce the 2023 Eyrie, TCC’s student art and literary magazine, received four awards from the Community College Humanities Association (CCHA).

The Eyrie won four awards in the southern region for its 42nd edition. Nicole Nielsen won first place for Best Photography and Sage Moore won second place for Best Photography. Rachel Ostrander’s work was recognized with second place for Best Artwork. The Eyrie also took home a third-place award for Best Creative Nonfiction, honoring S. McCreless’ “The Garden of Life.”

“I am so proud of this year’s student production team. They truly have raised the bar for quality and creativity in showcasing the outstanding work of their peers,” said Professor and Advisor of the Eyrie Nicolette Costantino. “These awards are also a much-deserved honor for the individuals whose works were published in the magazine.”
