Frequent Questions and Answers


  1. Where are the Computer Access Labs located?

    The AC 210 lab is located on the second floor of the Academic Computing Center. The Learning Commons labs are located on the first and second floor of the Learning Commons building. For more information, see the Maps/Directions.

  2. Who can use the labs?

    Any student currently enrolled at TCC or one of the College's University Partners (Barry University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Flagler College, Saint Leo University and Thomas University) who has a validated student ID may use the lab when it is open.

  3. What are the lab hours?

  4. Where can I get a TCC student identification?

    You may obtain your TCC student ID at the Cashiers' Office, located on the second floor of the Student Union Building. The hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Your first card is free, but replacement cards cost $10.00.

  5. What do I need to bring to the lab?

    Students are expected to bring their currently validated TCC student identification card, textbooks, assignments, and necessary media to save their work.

  6. How do I get access to the computers?

    You will notice that all of our computers require a login name and password. The login and password are your TCC user name and password. This is the login you will use in your classroom also.
