Healthcare Sector - Clinical Medical Assistant
A reimagined healthcare training program that reduces the traditional length of training from 12 months to 90 days. It resulted in 10 times as many clinical medical assistants entering the workforce than previously seen in the local community.

Manufacturing Sector - Pre-Apprenticeship with Danfoss
A 90-day apprenticeship program in manufacturing (CNC technicians), in partnership with Danfoss, the region’s largest manufacturing employer resulting in a customized training model that leads directly to employment.
