Dining Services

Our on-site dining facility seats 600 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for $29/day. We offer full catering for events at our Conference Center.

If I come to the Institute for training, where can I eat?

Our on-site dining facility seats 600 and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday.
 

What food choices do I have at the Dining Facility?

We always offer choices.  Our hot food line allows you to choose fresh cooked hot entrees and vegetables while our deli allows you to select from wraps, subs, hamburgers, and hot dogs made to order as you come through the line.  Our salad bar can be a meal all by itself.
 

How long does it take to eat lunch at the Institute?

Our performance standard is to insure that from the time you enter the facility, you will be able to get your food, pay, and eat in a relaxed manner with your classmates or other friends within thirty minutes.

 

Can I pick up lunch or dinner to go if I wish to?

Yes.  We can provide a form to you ahead of time to allow you to place your order in the morning and pick your meal up to go.

 

I have special dietary needs.  Can you accommodate me?

Yes.  If you will let us know ahead of time, we can accommodate any dietary requirement you may have. 

Can the dining staff accommodate my food allergies?

Yes. If you will let us know ahead of time, we can develop a menu that meets your needs.

 

Are the meals at the Dining Facility buffet style?

No. The meals will provide you with choices and your portions will be ample, but food is not provided buffet style.

Should I expect school cafeteria food?

Our food is often compared by guests with area restaurants known for fine dining. Our chefs have culinary degrees from nationally known schools.

 

Does the Dining Hall cater food for events at the Conference Center?

 

Our Dining Hall can cater your event. The Gadsden County Health Department prohibits outside food items in the classrooms and Conference Center. Please contact the Dining Hall manager for assistance.
