Office of Information Technology
The TCC Help Desk is part of the Office of Information Technology, and provides first-level technical support for faculty, staff, and current and prospective students. The Help Desk provides assistance with eAccount information, passwords, access to web-based or web-assisted courses, EagleNet, new accounts, wireless, telephone services, email, classroom technology, or any other computing needs.
If we are unable to resolve a customer's issue over the phone, on-site technicians are available. The Help Desk will gather as much information as possible to expedite a resolution, and looks forward to serving the TCC population.
When contacting the Help Desk, please have all information available, including any error messages, your eAccount username and your TCC ID.
