Al Moran, Vice President
Al came to TCC in 2014 from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, where he served as vice president for marketing and communications from 2008 to 2013. Previously Al was the vice president of college relations (1997 to 2008) and director of college relations (1990 to 1997) at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. He has also served as chair of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) 2013 Conference for Community College Advancement and is a member of the CASE Center for Community College Advancement Advisory Committee, a 12-member national group appointed to three-year terms. As vice president of communications and marketing, Al leads the TCC Office of Communications and Marketing to promote the College’s brand through media relations, social media, advertising, publications and multimedia.
Amanda Clements, Director of Strategic Communications
Amanda Clements, native Tallahasseean and graduate of Florida State University, joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2021. As Director of Strategic Communications, she is responsible for College-wide communications, media relations, and community relations. Her career has included positions at Cumulus Broadcasting, VISIT FLORIDA, United Way of the Big Bend, and Coton Colors. She is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and a past president of the Junior League of Tallahassee. Amanda has a special place in her heart for TCC, as her parents met here.
Suzi Baugh, Director of Integrated Marketing
Suzi is a communications industry veteran with a passion for marketing. A Tallahassee native and Florida State University graduate, she has a variety of notable experience including working for the State of Florida, FSU, The Zimmerman Agency, and Sachs Media. Joining the team as Director of Integrated Marketing in 2021, Suzi oversees the campus-wide promotion and advertising efforts to increase enrollment and awareness. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with her dog, Jojo.
Kenyon Roberts, Media Specialist
Kenyon Roberts is an Ocala native who has called Tallahassee home for more than 20 years. He earned a degree in International Affairs from Florida State University with a minor in Communications. He spent more than a decade working in local television news as a videographer for WTXL-TV, WCTV-TV, and The Florida Channel before joining the Office of Communications and Marketing at TCC in 2016. In his spare time, Kenyon enjoys playing guitar, singing, and writing his own music.
David Starling, Multimedia Producer
David, a Tallahassee native, has worked in in broadcast television since 2010 with positions at WTXL (ABE 27), The Florida Channel, and WTWC (NBC40). He has an extensive background in producing long- and short-form commercial and video content and is passionate about telling great stories. He’s a life-long musician who is active in the local music community in his spare time.

India Rhodes, Media Relations Specialist
India is a Jacksonville native and a graduate of Florida A&M University. She has experience in the news and social media industry, working as an anchor and a digital editor for The Black News Channel. With her experience as a multimedia journalist, she is excited to bring her knowledge to TCC. She has a passion for learning and is continuously working toward multiple technology certifications. In her free time, India enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading.
Jarred Stewart, Graphic Designer
Jarred Alexander Stewart possesses an artistic gift that led him to pursue interests in graphic design, music, and other forms of creative expression. Jarred is a Tallahassee native and a proud graduate of Full Sail University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. Jarred has worked with many organizations, such as The Riley House Museum, FAMU, FSU, Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity, Reach One Youth Organization, EDGE Academy Christian School, Raa Middle School, and many more. In his free time, Jarred enjoys cooking, exercising, and enjoying his family and close friends.
Elton Burgest, Graphic Designer
Elton started designing when he was in high school and went on to earn an AA in Graphic Design at TCC and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Florida State University. He looks at design from a technical standpoint as well as with the eyes of an artist. His art has been featured locally at 621 Gallery, FSU Museum of Fine Arts, and SOHO Gallery as well as in galleries and shows around the country.
Caitlin Bradbury, Marketing Operations Assistant
Caitlin, a Tallahassee native, is a graduate of TCC and FSU. She has worked at TCC since 2018 when she joined the Library team before joining the Marketing and Communications team in 2021. In her role, she assists with the project management of the department and lends a hand with graphic design, writing, and editing. In her free time, she volunteers at the Tallahassee Museum.
