Surgical Technology Career Forms at TCC

Tallahassee native, Chelsea Countess said it took some time to actually find her niche in the medical field. She started taking classes in physical therapy but quickly realized it wasn’t for her. TCC students receive Brandon Michael King Scholarship

Four TCC students have been selected as the winners of the Brandon M. King Scholarship. Established in 2010, the scholarship was created by Pfc. King's mother, TCC alumna Freda King, shortly after her son's death. In 2013, Freda won a LeRoy Collings Distinguished Alumni Award from the Association of Florida Colleges. Over the past eight years, the family has raised over $85,000 in scholarship monies. Read More

TCC Nursing Student Travels to D.C. With Local Veterans

Tallahassee local Carmen French started her path in the medical profession when she was 16, becoming a First Responder and a Certified Nursing Assistant before even graduating from Florida State University School. TCC Manufactures Welding Professions
